Before Caxan we were using a third party system for tracking our inventory for parts and supply, which did not integrate with our financial management software. Since Caxan, it’s now an integrated system, we track our inventory and consumption and can do predictions on what we need to reorder for the upcoming year.
One of the key elements we looked for in a partner was a flexible implementation methodology. Our team wanted to retain ownership of the project and take responsibility for the implementation using Caxan as a training and technical resource.
